Return Process

  Log in to your wholesale account and submit a return authorization request within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

  Prepare Packaging

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all protective materials and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your pallet or parcel and schedule a pickup through our designated logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the goods, a credit memo or refund will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.
